Problems with camera button?

Hello

After the first days with the new z1 compact i´m a bit confused about the camera button.
when the device is in deep sleep the camera button does nothing - after using the power button to bring up display, everything is fine. 

For me, this is a major software bug - what do you think?

I´ve read about that whitelist the camera application in STAMINA mode will fix this but what can i do without STAMINA mode?

Did you get an answer to your problem?

I have same problem when phone goes to "deep sleep" after that button wont wake the camera app.

But if i instantly, after locking the phone, push camera button it will wake camera app

Oh forgot to mention that i have Z1, but i guess that is not relevant

Same problem on my Z1C, also on my friend Xperia ZR. It looks that it came with android update, because my friend has Xperia ZR, and before android update to 4.3, camera button worked as expected.

I have this problem too. One of the reasons I bought the phone was quick shoot-from-the-hip capability. I expect an update fixing this.

I have the exact same problem. When the device is in deep sleep the dedicated camera button does not work. (More specifically it activates the camera once in fifteen attepmts).
