cannot scroll down notifications in upright mode

Hello,

In normal, upright mode I cannot scroll down to the setting and nottifications. It seems that the top 1cm area is not functioning. Rotate my cellphone 90 degrees, and the scroll down works. The left option ( within the 1cm area) doesnot work

it is not a physical issue. It has worked and sometimes, without reason is comes back to live for a short period.

Does someone recognize this problem?

The test shows that indeed 1 cm is not touched. When rotating the cell phone the same area is omitted by the test.

i think only soulotion is to contact sony

but first lets try software repair by sus maybe it helped

buy first make backup form your internall storage

Otherwise my vendor has to solve it.
