problems in camera

I have Sony xperia z, I bought on june 2013,

when I swich on the camera the phone restarts.

i have already rested, i have restored to factory setting but it persists

If you have an SD card in your phone you could try to take it out. Restart the phone and try the camera again. 

If you still experience the same problem you could try to repair the phone software using PC Companion: 

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone". 

And if the behavior persists, I suggest that you have the phone examined by a service center. Please contact your local support for more information:
