Apps do not work on Samsung Galaxy Note 2

I discovered a number of apps such as Speedometer / Compass for Smart Watch, WhatsApp alerts for SmartWatch do not work on Samsung Galaxy Note 2.  Is it the issue of the smartwatch or the smartphone?

If it's only specific apps i suspect it's the apps in question and not your SmartWatch or phone. What happens if you try for example https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sonyericsson.extras.liveware.extension.gmail?
