Hi, I upgrade to the new version of phone software when he was finishing prepared to update the phone hung alone, and now the phone is not connecting, the splash screen does not appear. Use SUS to re-install the firmware, you will lose all data.

- Download/install Sony Update Service.

- Open, choose phone.

- Follow instructions and choose repair phone.

- Follow instructions to re-install firmware.

- Once complete it should work.

These sort of problems are common when upgrading from an older Android version, you almost always get glitches and minor issues. A clean install should sort things out.
