after updating 4.3 android system my phone had some problems one of them being :the volume bar did not appear on the screen...i followed your advice to restart my phone and it was fixed..after two days i had to restart it again and the problem reappeared ..i've tried restart several times but it hasnt been fixed...what can i do now?:)

I've seen that issue before even with my Xperia T, and the issue was a dirty lens

the photos are blurred only when taken from a distance...is there something anything else you can advise me?anyway thank you very much for your great support

Are the pictures blurry or pixelated? if the later thats normal as this Xperia like most smartphones has digital zoom not optical Zoom

the pictures are blurry when taken beyond 20cm !

Which camera settings are you using? how about 

settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything also clean the lens, inspect it and see if there are scratches, if you have a protective case this could be causing the issue if its too close to the lens
