Hello to everyone,
recently I have found that the face camera on my xperia z1 is not working. It is not recognized by the phone at all, and it is not stoping only with this, the phone is losing reception from time to time and when it decides it will charge the batery all day and still not chardged at all!!! The problems are still ongoing even after the repare from Sony software from the Sony web site.
The problem with the reception is doesnt matter if the bars are half or full- still I am not reachable most of time I cant made a call as well !?!? Its wierd as this is not ALL the TIME...few times per week.
The phone is from O2, i have it since December 2013, they said if I send it for repare it will be for a week or more, their offer is to give me simple phone instead !?!? Why I am payng for the phone then ?!?!?
Like SONY company what you will suggest me or help me?
I am really disapointed
