Problem with Xperia neo v

Right now i having problem with my xperia neo v, that is when i try to open 1),.messages,   2) new cantact save option,  3) Reminder in Calender, it is shows like opening but again it will be closed within seconds  itself automaticaly....even if i try more times also its doest works.. 

So please suggest me what should i do for that...

reboot on safemode and check if its an app causing this issue

If i try to reboot in safe mode,the option is not coming in my xperia... its android version is 2.3.4. 

so is there any alternate..?
