I had given my sony xperia J handset for repairing at 15/10/2013 at one of the authorised service center in ghatkopar, Mumbai. The touchscreen was not working properly. I had been told that the mobile would get repaired within 7 days and later this was extended to 15 days. But still today i.e. 08/11/2013 I have no idea whether when will I get my mobile back repaired.
