Hello you guys,
I have a Xperia J since last October and all as been working fine until one or two months ago. My problem is the alarm clock, it doesn’t ring, or better sometimes it rings, other times it doesn’t, even the standard alarm clock that came with the original software, I already installed another alarm clock app and it's the same thing, many times it only rings when I awake the phone by unlocking it...
I already cleaned the cache of the phones and alarms, it works fine 4/5 days, then it doesn’t works and I don't know what else to do...
My OS is Andorid 4.1.2

Strange issue,try using only standard apps.Boot your phone in safe mode and set an alarm.

The problem is that I can't verify if the problem persists immediately... Can I work with the phone more or less normally with the safe mode activated? If so I can work with it for one week and see, if not I don't know what to do...

It's me awaking the alarm and not the other way...

You can work with the phone on safe mode,just test an alarm in the next several hours.
