Problem with Xperia E menu button

Hello everybody, i have a bad probleme

after i flash a rom my menu button(beside home button) won't turn on

and then i can use headphone/earphone to listen music, the sound just on the speaker

i was try to repair with SEUS but nothing happen, try to use flashtool, and nothing happen too

can anybody help me?
