Problem with speaker

Hi.

Just after I bought that phone I have problem with speaker. It`s not working while playing song, movies or even ALARMS! It start working only if I call somebody on loudspeaker. Then It`s stops playing loud. Sometimes is working sometimes is not.

Biggest issue is with ALARM, I heave allready slept over few times and I missed my work. 

IT SHOULDN`T HAPPEN WITH PHONE IN THAT PRICE!

I`m very disappointed with Sony. I loved Sony to this model -xperia L, I have had few Sony phones before and no problems until this new model. It is not fair to sell not completly working phone!

I`m sure that is soft problem. 

@ Sony -any solution?

I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service..

Before reinstalling your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.
How to backup?

If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center. For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.

I''M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SONY. Today a has exam, but i slept over because SONY XPERIA L is very ''

qualitative'' phone. I bought my phone a mount ago, the button for volume down has go inside the phone, so send the phone to service. After one week without phone it came, and guess what, the phone doesn't work, alarm not ringing, some times i's not ringing on calls. The problem is before sony servis the phone work fine, after the phone is ready to GARBAGE. This is SONY.

Well. I did update to 15.3.A.1.14 after that I went thru Update service, backed to default settings and still the same problem, sometimes is rear speaker is working sometimes not! I`m shure that this is not a hardware problem, and I cannot send my phone to my local support team because then I will be without phone for month or so. Please SONY fix the software issue!
