problem with Sony Xperia E4

Sony xperia E4 will not turn
but it is charging. it is 90%
and when I unplug the charger
He shows me the red low battery

Repair the phone with XC and check again, if it doesn't work then it's probably a hardware issue that will be have to be inspected by your Local support

I have the same problem. The phone is fully charged and after using it, battery goes down to 90% and it closes automatically and shows the red and empty battery icon and doesn't start. If i connect it to the charger, it shows me 91% and starts just fine and after unplugging it, it does the same thing.

That could be a hardware issue.

So all i have to do is to change the battery? Any reset won't help me?

That's hard to tell, it could be just the battery or it could be something else, it'll be better to get it inspected by your Local support
