Problem with sending sms from my xperia neo v

Hello

I have problem with my xperia neo v. When I send messege it don't comes to reciver. Probably it isn't fault of SIM Card becouse when i put it to another phone it works fine. I can phone but can't sending messeges. I try to repair it by reinstal software but it didn't help. I try restore default settings but this failed too. What should i do?

How old is the SIM card? If older than 2 years check if you have the same problem using a newer SIM card.

hi  i got a problem to with my phone i can receive messages and calls but cannot send  i tried to call my friends number its ringing but its not allowed to answer i mean there no answer menu icon...what should i should?i  just cut my sim card to make it micro...is it possible because its old?
