problem with safe mode

Hello, I have the lt18i arc s model and i have a problem with the safe mode.

the phone had a contact with water for a few seconds. After that i took it for inspection and i changed allmost all it's parts. Screen, the right flex cable that connects the upper board with the keypad and the keypad. Now everything it's working fine, except the phone is in safe mode and the properties button is not working. If the phone is in safe mode, then is it expected that the properties button will not function or not?????

I have all the latest updates and i did all the steps i that i read on the forum, but i can't get out from safe mode.

I think that the menu key might be damaged. The might think it's being pressed all the time and therefore booting in safe mode and that could also explain why it doesn't work while phone is on.

I suggest that you have your phone examined at an repair center. Contact your local support for more info.

The reason that i am looking for an answer in the forum, is because the nearest sony center to me, is in Greece and i am from Cyprus. As for the menu button, i wrote above that, i bought a new keypad so it should be working, except if i'm so unlucky and the keypad is not good.

Are you sure is the menu button????

I can't say for sure but it sounds like it. To be able to determine and fix this I suggest that you have the phone checked and fixed at your closest repair center.
