Problem with ring volume z2 . after update

after update my ring volume become zero alone and i cant make it up i press volume up but not working 

its ony back when i restart the phone look at picture

Try the following:

- Go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Audio settings -> Clear data and restart your phone.
