Problem with phone Z1 the notification song doesnt stop

Well.... this week, I used my phone normally like anyone can used.... but today I appear a problem, when someone send me a message or notification for something the phone doesn't stop the notification music..... I read the message or notification but the song not finish... :c I need to turn off the phone... and then... I recibed a message and the phone did again!!!

My question is... is a problem in the phone or android?.. I only have 1 month with my cellphone.

After restart the phone did the problem persist?

If still the same thing happen, check what app is active on the background. Probably some app is screwed up and you may wish to force stop that app and see how it goes.

Alternative backup the phone data and do a factory data reset.
