Hi Sony Team,

Finally my phone is in SERVICE CENTER which I didnt think and expect while buying this very famous brand.

Thanks to sony giving me the worst product..

Nothing can be done anymore I already know.

Since I like Sony, A small Kind advice to you donot lauch this kind of phone in the market.

It is totally disappointing the USER as well spoiling the BRAND name. Herewith I have attached the JOB Sheet..

I hope everbody having the same issues mentioned on job shhet after upgrading KITKAT except white patch in display.

I am thinking after readind all reviews and my own experience, I had purchased SONY or any other brand Low quality product.

that's too bad., cause another update might fix all of the problem later

whether it's 4.4.3 or 4.4.4 it'll surely fix it

cause looking at other models like Z and other they also got their own major problem though
