Problem with pairing LWW + car kit

2. Model name of the Bluetooth module/car kit: built in Carminat
3. Phone model: LWW
4. Android version and build number: 4.0.4, 4.1.B.0.587
5. Short description of your problem: After pairing mobile with car kit there is a problem with sound.  It is sounds close like audio feedback. Car kit work correctly with other mobiles. Car kit worked also correctly with previous version of android.

How does the problem occur a little bit more specifically? Clips in the sound or what is the actual issue?

As long as the cars bluetooth functionality supports the bluetooth profiles A2DP and Headset Profile it should work just fine, also with ICS or GB.

It's more like multiplying the sound with every next sound in higher tone until audio feedbacks or distortions. I will try to record this sound and post it to better illustrate this.
