problem with music

I went to the service center thrice but the problem couldn't be rectified by them.
I have 2 problems with xperia j. While music is on in shuffle mode, music player ends up in the middle.
The other problem is with photos,. Opening a captured image (images captured by my device) displays a colorful lines to the left border of the image.
