when somebody is calling and I answer with "hello", they're not hearing me...

when i say hello for the second time..then they hear me...it's like they're not hearing me for the first 5 seconds...

I flashed my phone ICS...

is there anything I can do about it? exept flashing again?

It looks that you have the same problem as me...

If you use ICS by upgrade, I recommand to repair it with SUS, it might be better.
