Problem with handsfree and speaker

I own a Sony Xperia Z1 comapct,i bought it brand new but unfortunately the handsfree brings a strange kind of noise when is connected that doesn't let you enjoy music and the speaker sometimes doesn't work and as a concequence i can't hear while i am talking..what should i do?

Try a software repair with sony update service,see if anything improves.The speaker issue is present on many devices with 4.4.2 KitKat,where the sound comes from ear speaker.
