Forgot Passcode

Hi my Name is Pauric 

I have had a sony experia J for over a year now and always had a pattern lock on it but last night i decided  i would change it too a passcode lock but this morning i have forgot what code it was. i was just wondering how do i go about bypassing the passcode

When you set your passcode did or you should have been asked for an answer to a question so if you enter the wrong code 5 times then you should be prompted to answer this question if you don't know either then your only option is to perform a repair using either PCC or SUS which will clear all data on your phone

How does one perform this? My phone set up the password screenlock without asking for a security question and now wont let me unlock it with the password
