Problem with dual sim connections

I have Xperia Tipo Dual Sim, and i am having problems with dual.

Several times my phone do not get calls or sms because the phone appears off.
This takes place both sim's, for the one as default card or to sim 2.
In mobile network settings already changed the network mode, and have the sim1 GSM only, and sim2 WCDMA (preferred) / GSM.

in most cases not realize that i am not contactable!!

I wonder if I can help in this matter, is there any other setting that i can change, or some other thing that can stop this embarrassment.

thanks

I recommend that you first try updating the phones software if you haven't done so. You can update the phone using PC Companion (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/).

If updating the phone doesn't help, check with your operator so that there's no network problems in your area and if possible, try the phone with other SIM-cards.

If you still have problems i suggest you contact your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) or a service location for assistance.

Hello,

i have the same problem with my phone. The problem is not with the operators. And the software is up to date. Also i have tried to remove one of the SIMs and the problem still exists. A lot of calls are not receiving because it appears as out of range or switched off.

Same problem here - it looks like it's widespread. Nothing helps. Authorized service won't help, as they only re-install software, which is not the problem. Return the phone and try some other model.

Sony should explain the situation, but this phone is totally useless at the moment, no matter how low cost is the model.
