Problem with clear bass

My xperia m2 clear bass is not working, I adjust it from -10 to +10 the sound is just the same.  anyone can help me?

Does this happen with all audio files or just specific formats?

What headset are you using? Ear plugs? Are you sure it can reproduce clear bass frequencies below 100 Hz? (Just making sure.)
