I got my phone nearly a year ago, and have had no problems, until recently. I've only noticed that my battery takes a lot longer to charge then before, I have my phone when it's on charge in airplane mode, I've tried looking on line at things to do, which I have tried, my phone is up to date, and I've even tried factory reset, it seemed to work but after a day, it's gone back to taking longer to charge the phone. I put it on charge this morning at 9:30, when it was at 85%, now, it's nearly 11 and it's at 96%, where as before! it would be at 100% by now. I don't really want to send my phone off to be looked at, (so close to when I'm going away), but I guess if I have to, then I have too, I love my phone don't get me wrong, and I prefer it to the phone I had before (iPhone), but this battery/charging problem is driving me crazy. Does anyone else have a solution before I ring the place I got it from, and speak to them about it getting looked at? Thankies.
