Notification light works only when it wants to work.

In my Xperia L, Notification light does not woek everytime. It works only when phone is in charge. Sometimes work when battery is under 30% but it doesn't work normally.

I use stamina mode all time. i don't know its phone's problem or i have to make settings to make it work normally.

Stamina mode disables notification lights once it gets activated when the battery goes down a user-specified level. Go to Settings--Power management--tap over "STAMINA mode" (not over the On-Off switch, but a little left to it)--tap over "Activation"--slide the pointer to set a battery level at which "STAMINA mode" gets activated. And you cannot add notification lights to exceptions list.

It means if i set battery level at 50% in activation then stamina mode will work only when battery is less than 50% ?

check settings>display>pulse notification light.
check if its ticked.
this is the on/off switch for the led light.

there is nothing like 'pulse notification light' in Settings>Display
