problem with android 4.0.4 in xperia s

i was recently updated my smartphone to android 4.0.4. i have a problem with theme animation is not working. is there any settings for this problem.

There is no setting for this in ICS it's always on.

i am facing the same issue....what can i do about it?

after the update the theme animation has just stopped, and it was so nice that i almost want to switch the phone back to gingerbread
