problem with 8gb memory card in zylo w20

my name is ajay singh i purchased zylo in feb 2011 . now i used 8gb memory card with the zylo . and now 8gb memory card has lot of problem with the handset . when  i am trying to  copy the data from the computer or  by bluetooth or just moving the files from phone memory to memory card than the phone says  " memory full" . what is this crap thing even my memory card is half empty . i use sandisk original memory card .

Try formatting the card and see if that helps.

i tried  twice to formatt the memory card with FAT AND FAT32      formatt but no solution is bieng find

If the previous memory card worked OK, then it's probably a faulty memory card and you need to have it replaced.You can also try this card in a different phone to check.

i use this 8gb memory card in xperia neo and samsung corby . the memory card is ok . 2gb memory card works ok with zylo . but 8 gb memory card has lots of problem . when i record a video from the phone than also phone gets hanged and after 1 min video recording stops automatically , and when i open the file manager in my phone it says "       NO FOLDER " OR " MEMORY FULL ".  all the data of the memory card hide - i dont know where. and when i restart my phone the file manager shows all the data on the memory card. 

i think this is a bug in the firmware of zylo .  when will company realise new firmware of zylo .  my firmware in zylo is upto date . but it is full of bugs .

In that case, I would suggest using the SE update service to update/re-install the software and/or a phone repair with PC companion, and see if that solves the problem.Failing that, try a master reset.
