Problem while upgrading to ICS

I have Arc S and when I am trying to upgrade it thru PC companian after sometime inbetween the upgrade process it stops and a message pops up cannot perform upgrade. I don't know why, I have checked in the list my cells serial number was there for upgrade list. I don't know why it could not be upgraded by Pc companian I tried it 3-4 times. Can anyone suggest proper way to upgrade it?
