Problem sms xperia Ion

Hi,

I have a really annoying problem with my smartphone. I have an Xperia M and my boyfriend an Xperia Ion. 

I can receive his texts but he doesn't receive mine ! We don't know what to do... Are these smartphones uncompatible ? 

Please, help me.

He is not receiving your SMS or MMS? if the later then his data has to be on and he must have the correct APN settings, it could be that perhaps he blocked you?

Actually, he receives my sms most of the time but once a month this problem occurs and we don't know what to do. 

I must send the same sms twice or more so that he can receive it. 

Generally, one or two weeks later he gets all my sms at once and then it works until the next bug.

that could be a network issue, have you contacted your carrier/network?
