problem loading on tablet z..

Tablet wont open... I just recently updated it to the new software.. when in turns off, it wont open anymore..

Need help on how to install new OS.. Plug in to the computer wont detect either..

Doesn't Work : Power Button ( Holding for a long time wont work)  , Hard Reset ( Power Button + Volume Down )

Working: Soft Reset .. ( Power Button + Volume Up ) But Will just come back to that loading state..

Addition to that: It eats up a lot of battery charge.. Battery easy to drain after charging...

Nobody know's the reason.. Sony said it was OS issues... So i send it back to them and they just give me a new one..

I also got this screen, when I switched my tablet on during a long flight... so was very angry!

I tried several times the different reset combos without success. So gave up for some time. But a few minutes later, it was off. I could switch it back on and everything worked fine.

It has not happened anymore since then.
