NET problem

Hi can anybody please look in to my issue and reply me 

m using Xperia J for Past 9 months and currently m facing a main issue of connecting internet (2G) changed two main Networks(Airtel And Reliance),from the day one m using reliance to connect net and i hadn't faced any issue in connecting net but currently frequently net was disconnecting and only after switching off mobile and switching it on net will be reconnected in both networks if it was with only one provider then it will be providers issue but this don know what to do its really hectic in atime of 5 minutes switching it off and on can any one please guide me what i want to do ,formatted and all nothing was going right in my way don know what to do ,previosuly i had an issue with multimedia sometimes phone will show thrice original songs ,pictures or any thing but while connecting to system it will be only one time ,this was solved but net problem is my new issue can any body guide pleaseeeee sorry forget one thing using AVG antivirus previously also i had it in my mobile don know whether it is causing or not please guide me ,sadly m facing multimedia issue also right now ,i have only 100 songs in my memory  card but it is showing as 300 songs don know what to do and also all songs are there shown in list 3 times repeatedly

Try to change the network mode between WCDMA/GSM, Only WCDMA and GSM to see if you experience any difference. Go to settings > more.. > mobile network > network mode to change network mode.

 You can start your phone in safe mode to see if the problem you are experiencing might be caused by some 3rd party application. How to start in safe mode:

If the problem persists in safe mode I suggest that you update/repair your phone software using PC Companion: 

For the media problem you are experiencing I suggest that you format your SD card and clear data for media storage. Go to settings > apps > all > media storage > clear data. Restart your phone and try again.
