Problem in Using Floating Touch Function

I bought Xperia Sola yesterday however when browsing on preinstalled browser with Floating touch function enabled I donot see any difference.

I saw in a video earlier that links are highlighted as red when you place finger above them, however in my case they only get underlined and that too only very difficultly in few cases.

Please help if this is a hardware problem or else....

Well, it's hard to say if something is wrong here. You could try visit a store that sells Sony phones and compare to another Sola. If that's not possible you can always try repairing the software in the phone via PC Companion:
