Problem in upgrading my Android version from 2.3 to 4 . Any help here...?

I have a Xperia Neo V. It is even mentioned that the mobile is upgradable to Android 4 but every time I try to upgrade it through my PC Companion it shows an error message stating that the online server is overloaded and try again after some time. Its already more than a month I am on this Mission and this looks to me as if it is a Mission Impossible. Can anybody help me solving this problem ...?

I waited forever on my ICS update, I had my phone for nearly three month's after being told it would soon get an update, then to my joy the phone broke down. great work there Sony!! I have been a loyal sony customer for year's (not anymore) I went and bought myself a delightful HTC desire c. It already has ICS on it and the added benefit of HTC sense. at a fraction of the price it's a brilliant purchase, so those who are getting fed-up with Sony THERE ARE OTHER AFFORDABLE OPTION'S OUT THERE! My mini pro was the third sony smartphone I have had this year- just shows how great they are, they keep breaking down. not thank's I am done with Sony!
