I'm not really sure I understand what you mean. When you try to call the number 110 it calls the number 1? Could you elaborate the issue a bit more please?

Do you have the same issue when you dial other numbers or it´s only the problem when dialing number 110 ?  Keep us updated please.

I understand - So here in the UK it's 999 or 101 so for you the emergency number is 110 which doesn't work

So it´s not a problem with your device. Remove the SIM card and insert it again. Then try to dial number 110, if it´s not possible, I suggest contact your mobile carrier. I´m at disposal for any question.
