problem in conversation withe speaker mode

hi,

i have a new sony xperia z1 compact that i have not yet used. i have a problem that when i call to somebody he can hear me o.k on regular mode but the second i put it on speaker the other side hearing a terrible noises like robotic and metal voice along with big noise in the background.

i tried to do couple of things. i played a little beet with the call setting and google setting but no luke on it?

please neef your help. can it be a hardware issue? because when i'm doing a test to the speaker and the mic it seems to be ok and working fine.

Boot in safe mode and call like that.

thank's for your answer.... unfortunately safe mode did'nt help. there is something else i can do to maybe solve this problem?

You can try a software repair using PC Companion.

So from call settings, mic noise suppression and speaker voice enhancement are enabled or not?

are disable but i tried to turn on those 2 options in the past, did'nt work either.

You should stop by a sony service or contact your Local support.
