Problem downloading/updating apps/software via Playstore or Sony Software Update

Hi,

Im having this problem ever since i upgraded to marshmallow. Everytime im going to download application via playstore or update sony application via software update the downloading process takes forever, my phone says "Pending network" and then download will resume again and then downloading will pause again due to Pending network issue until the downloads fails. This always happen regardless of what network i am using, either LTE/3G/Wi-Fi the results are always the same. And take note i am sure that I have strong internet connection I have tried clearing data/cache reinstalling apps, factory reset of phone and installing latest Marshmallow version but none of these solves my problem.

Please help me solve this issue, anyone else here getting the same problem? What i notice is that Pending network problem is isolated only to Playstore and Software Update. Was able to download large files with no problem via browser/Google Chrome, able to stream music/video via Spotify/Youtube and even stable download via Torrent.

have you disable and/or restricted any Google app? if you haven't 

settings > apps > look for anything that has google > memory > clear data > repeat > restart the phone

I agree with @uliwooly here, removing content related to the Googles services should help, try these ones.

Thanks @uliwooly @jake but i've already done clearing data of those google services, ever Factory reset didn't work...and in addition problem does not occur on google playstore only but also in Software update native update center of sonny. For example i tried to update Whats New apps or Music app, downloading of apps update wont finish due to Pending network

Have you tried using an alternative SIM card for testing purposes?

Not yet but i tried several wifi connection and im sure the connection is stable and fast.
