problem after upgrade

hi to all . can anyone help with my porblem.

i upgrade my sony live with walkman wt19i.

all gose ok. but when i try to unlock it say wrong code.

i try with security question it also say wrong answer.

i also try with my google account ant it also say wrong email.

can anyone help????

This does seem strange, you may need to perform a software reinstall to fix this issue, as this generally only appears when you have performed the wrong code multiple times.
