Problem after Chrome update

After a update I can only open one shortcut from my desktop. If I try to open a second it will not open.

Settings-apps-all-chrome,force stop and clear data.Restart and try again.

unisntall the updates, settings, apps then chrome and uninstall the updates, restart your phone and check again then try to update the app again.

When I uninstal the updated version of Chrome - it works fine. But when Chrome updates again, the problem comes back.
