Premium SMS

I can't seem to find an option or a facility to send Premium SMS. I am unable to send SMS to 4-digit or 5-digit numbers like banks for example. Any answer or solution for this please? My Xperia z3+ / z4 is currently running on Android M 6.0.1.

What do you mean by "Premium SMS"? I never saw an option like this before. I still can send SMS to 5 and 5-digits numbers like banks and other services. If you need to send a blank message you'll need to insert a SPACE into message body field.
