Predictive Text Using Physical Keyboard

Hi,

I love my phone but for some reason the white light and the predictive text on longer work whenever I use the physical keyboard. I know I have done soemthing but I have no idea what. Can anybody help me

you can always backup everything and do a settings reset or factory reset or repair it with

Tried both reset's and nothing changed and no update available yet

Update Service is not just to update your phone but to repair your phone, give it a shot, but don't forget to backup

I have just realised that it is definately s problerm with the phone as it will not change from potrait to landscape and I have checked the correct settings. I still have no idea what I have done but I will try the backup routine

If none of uli's tips won't help it needs to be looked at by an repair center. In that case contact your local support team for more info.

Thanks for all the help I used the repair facility and it solved the problem but I have just upgraded to Android 4 and the orientation to landscape from portrait does not work for the main screen but it does for all application.

This is very strange
