ive tried force stop, clearing data, and even deleting google account and now i cant login to any google services help please.

Could you please elaborate? What happens when you try to login to your Google account for example, any error message? Have you tried with both mobile data and Wi-Fi connection (if you now have the LTE version of Z2 Tablet)?
