I have Sony experia m2 and St it's in warranty problem than its become problem of camera and it's from purchased but I think mistake of settings but it's problem and I submitted to your service center which is 400 km si far from my hometown that time I talk with customer care if your service center solve that problem than ask me otherwise replace me they say we will do and I have barred expense of 2000 rs for ticket and staying at racket yesterday I collect phone and come at home at there I checked at day time it's working in that particular situation when I capture photo at night it's totally dull and fully blur also its not working day or any lighting picture,I have also C3 same camera same future but it's working anyware and any time....it's not enough service center change my back cover and I paid 921 rs but it's not solving problem today I also call in customercare and explain situation and say it's problem from Sony and one ashutosh senior officer talk with me and I ask some questions than they cut my call and also there is no facility to music when call or detail check what we have to understand.. After that again I call no officer have time and say call back you but still no one call me after 3hours I spend 1hours iwith customer care but still no result to me...I ASK ALSO NOW I WILL NOT GO AT ANY SERVICE CENTER OR ANY WHERE IF YOU ARRENGE JAMNAGAR SERVICE CENTER THAN REPLY FAST MONDAY I WILL BE THERE FOR MY OPRATION AND ALSO I WANT MY 921 RS REFUND BECAUSE PROBLEM NOT SOLVED AND RAJKOT IS SO FAR FROM HOME TOTALLY EXPENCE 2000RS AND 2DAYS AND MY USE OF MOBILE ALSO I HAVE TO FACE..REQUEST TO YOU ARRENGE TO MANNAGE PHONE FROM MY HOME FOR REPLACEMENT AND END THIS WAR OTHERWISR I WILL GO IN CONSUMER COURT AND MEDIA AND EXPLAIN ALL THAT THINGS MISTAKE IS YOUR THAN HOW CAN I BARRED ALL EXENCE IF YOU CANT DO ANYTHING THAN REPLAY ME I WILL CLAIM ON SONY....ITS MY MISTAKE THAT BECAME A LOYAL COSTOMER OF SONY....SOLVE PROBLEM OR BE RADDEY FOR FIGHT... Clearly say you I will not go anywhere or I want refund my money coz you not solve problem...my mob mum is 9662010944...paid money and still face problem and barred all EXPENCE? Is this fair? I MES THIS BUT STILL NO INTEREST
