Poor after sales service from Sony Mobile service centre

I purchase my Xperia Z2 Tablet in october 2015. I send to sony mobile official service centre at 12/10/2015 for curve device. 1st time i take the device, noted got scratch at screen. return change the screen. i also email sony to make sure thing do properly. 2nd times go take device. They never fix the curve device. promise to replace me and will be done by last week actually. but till now no response. can anyone here tell me how to contact directly to sony CEO for this matter?

From 12/10/2015 till today i never have chance to enjoy the device.

I'm sorry to hear that but I don't understand, are you saying that 

the first issue was a scratched screen that was repaired

the second issue was that you bent the phone and you submitted the phone to get repaired? the phone can't bent on its own.

Do elaborate.

Sorry for not menton properly. a bit frustration to write this on forum.

i send my xperia z2 tablet on 12/10/2015 to service centre for warranty due to the device was curved when i receive this brand new device. They call me after 1-2 week to take the device, they told me they change the battery and some component then i notice the screen has scratches and the device still curve and not fix. so i not take the device, they send back to their HQ again for replace the screen and promise me to solve the curved part of the device. Then they call me again after 1-2 week told me everything already fixed include the screen and the curved part. but when i check the device at service centre, the screen already replaced but the device still curved. then they promise to replace a device for me and promise will be done on last week. basically my brand new device just use 2-3 day then just stay with sony service centre until now. i also email sony multiple times,what they can tell me is sorry and sorry. i feel the time taken from 12/10/2015 till now issue not solve, i not sure how to accept this.

You have to contact your Local support regarding warranty, in most cases, a curved phone/bent phone, it is not covered by warranty as this is caused by the user not a manufacturing issue.

The device already curved out of the box. no scratch mark. brand new device with curve part. I pretty sure it is due to manufacturing defect. This is why i can not accept Sony have such a quality issue. i waited 2 month plus to use my device. local sony support does not seem understand customer. this is why if can i want to contact directly to person higher in Sony company. Pointless to hear sorry forever.

If the phone was curved out of the box, how come you didn't returned it to the store?

My device was purchase online.this is why i went to service centre.

online from Sony or a different seller? either or you should contact the shipping company

is ok. Sony service centre already take it as a manufacturer defect. the issue is sony service centre is take too long to settle the issue.already more than 2 month.
