Hallo im glad to have ICS now and everything runs ok.
But there is one very sad thing.
I can`t connect my Polar Wearlink (Bluetooth) to my Xperia Go anymore.
Using Runtastic or testet other Apps like Endomondo. With GB everything was fine.
Now the App find the Polar Wearlink and displays it but when i enter the Pin (0000) this is the correct one for pairing, it takes a while and then it says not possible.
Battery of Polar is full, i reinstalled ICS and switched it to original status (two times now).
It seems that the Bluetooth of ICS has a Bug or something.
Has anybody an idea or can Sony give me an advise?
Please, i don`t want to run without this feature and don`t want to go back to GB (have to root the phone with loosing guarantee or send it to sony to let them switch it back)
Thank you,
Thomas
Sorry, I don't have a solution but exactly the same problem after ICS upgrade.
You are not alone!

It's very important that you send me as much technical data of your Bluetooth accessory as possible.
Bad news, I found an article on endomondo support:
"If the kernel version is 2.6.35.7 or 3.0.8 please note that we have
identified an incompatibility issue. These kernel versions and the
WearLink+ Transmitter with Bluetooth are not a match. The problem has
been reported to Android development" https://getsatisfaction.com/endomondo/topics/gzzgzg965u51dI suggest that you contact your local support team for more info about downgrading.

Bad and good news today,
updated the go to JB 4.1.2 now, but the Polar Wearlink BT still does't work with apps like Endomondo etc.
Possible reason: the Kernel version of JB is still Kernel version 3.0.8+ :smileycry:.
But then playing and searching around I found a comment that the App "Storts Tracker" should work. And... IT WORKS. So incompatibility with Kernel 3.0.8 is not the whole truth, there is obviously a way. It's a pity that no one else knows how...
Is there any update on this issue? I would really like to start using my HRM again.
Thanks
I have the same problem with Xperia Go Android 4.1.2 Kernel 3.0.8+.
I also would like to know if there is any update.
From http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2134899
seems that Galaxy S3 had the same problem and was solved when updated to kernel
3.0.31-944783.
I checked local support to downgrade to GB. They told me they have no official procedure from
Sony to do that, so they can not do it.
I have also tried Sports Tracker, but it does not work on my phone (screen layout too big and
does not fit in my phone screen). Impossible to manage the application.
Any news reagarding kernel upgrade, bug repair, patch, to connect our ACTIVE smartphone to HRM?
