PLEASE HELP

Downloaded a free music player app, worked for 1 day and I had downloaded about 30 songs. The next day, will not allow me to download or play songs annnnnnnd all of a sudden, auxiliary cords no longer work on my phone as it says it's not compatible, even tho I have used the same auxiliary cord at my work for 2 weeks, someone please inform me of my mistake as it's probably not the phone company it's "always" the user.

Keep in mind, no music apps work on my phone anymore, and it is only 1 Month old.

You could try clearing the Smart Connect application first.

Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Smart Connect > Clear data.
