i cannot take out sim from the mobile
Did you inserted the SIM card properly?

i tried this way but still cannot remove the sim card

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
You could always go see your local Network store and see if they can remove the SIM for you. This may be an easier option for you.
