play store won't work

When ever I click it it starts loading then just redirects to the home screen displaying the message 'unfortunately, google play store has stopped' Is there any way to fix this?

Open up settings > Apps > All > Google Play and tap clear data and clear cache. Try to log in again. Does it work?

i found in the update center that new system update is available(11.2.A.0.33)but when i click to update it doesn't work and when i went to (Sonymobile.com)to see the updates but i didn't find the new system update.and When ever I click on (play store) it starts loading then just redirects to the home screen displaying the message 'unfortunately, google play store has stopped' Is there any way to fix this?,please helpppp
