play store error 403

i bout my sola on 9th nov and updated it that time itself using sus all was workin gud then i tried to download and update apps and then wat ever i did in play store or other browers it jus showed error 403 plzzz help me
i guess havin wasted my  money on sony
it surely sucks

do you have a data plan and/or wifi ?

open your browser and go to time.gov and speedtest.net

does work? how fast is your connection?

it was not company fault it was my sim card setting

sony is the best sorry for the post like that
and can u say me how to move multiple files from one folder to other in xperia sola
